EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SECRECYKEEPER:
This license describes the conditions under which you may use, modify, run and distribute SecrecyKeeper. This license applies to the program in whole, including all source code, compiled code, help files, documentation, graphics and auxiliary files, except those parts written by other people (which are normally copyright their authors). If you are unable or unwilling to accept these terms in full, then, notwithstanding the conditions in the remainder of this license, you may not use, modify or distribute SecrecyKeeper.

All copyrights to SecrecyKeeper are exclusively owned by Smart Protection Labs.

SecrecyKeeper is a registered trademark of Smart Protection Labs.

Anyone may use this software under the demo license for a trial period of 30 days and install this software components on five computers at the most within one local network only. The demo license can be obtained from an authorized distributor. To continue using SecrecyKeeper upon expiration of the trial period, you must purchase the permanent license.

Any use of SecrecyKeeper that is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

Smart Protection Labs grants each registered user a non-exclusive right to use SecrecyKeeper in one local network for any legitimate porposes provided SecrecyKeeper components are installed on as many computers as specified upon delivery of the program.

The registered SecrecyKeeper software may not be rented nor leased but may be permanently transferred to a third party if the receiving party agrees to all terms of this license. If the software to be transferred is an update, the transfer must include all updates and all previous versions of the SecrecyKeeper software. Each time you transfer SecrecyKeeper to another person, the recipient automatically receives a license from the original licensor subject to these terms and conditions. You may not impose any further restrictions on the recipients'' exercise of the rights granted herein. You are not responsible for enforcing compliance by third parties to this license.

An unregistered, evaluation version of SecrecyKeeper may be freely distributed, provided the program file being distributed is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution package of SecrecyKeeper other than by written consent of Smart Protection Labs.

To obtain a permanent license to use your copy of SecrecyKeeper, complete the registration form on one of registration web sites and submit it along with the registration fee due.

SECRECYKEEPER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". SMART PROTECTION LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU USE SECRECYKEEPER AT YOUR OWN RISK. SMART PROTECTION LABS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS NOR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS AS A RESULT OF OR WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer or transfer the licensed program or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Smart Protection Labs.

This Agreement and any dispute relating to SecrecyKeeper or to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. By accepting this license agreement you explicitly accept that the jurisdiction and proper venue for all claims, actions and proceedings of any kind relating to Smart Protection Labs or the matters in this Agreement shall be held exclusively in courts located in Moscow, Russia. Installation and use of SecrecyKeeper demonstrates your consent to these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with any terms of this license, you must remove all SecrecyKeeper files from your storage devices and discontinue using SecrecyKeeper.
